Horrible experience. I found a car online and called to verify it was available. Norman answered and told me it was and I scheduled a time to come down and drive it. When we get there, Norman is too busy so he has Brendan help us. Brendan did a fantastic job and what happened had nothing to do with him. After we test drive it, we are ready to buy. After waiting awhile, Brendan comes back and says the car we came to drive and buy was supposed to be a loaner and isn’t for sale. They had another similar car on the lot but it was $7,000 more. After talking to his Sales Manager and Norman, he comes back saying we can’t buy the car we took time out of our day to come and see. The worst thing in my opinion is neither the Sales Manager or Norman came to talk to us about the situation. This was a mistake made by Norman and one of them should have owned up to it. They made Brendan do it who had nothing to do with the transaction. Being in sales myself, this isn’t what should have happened. Don’t waste your time going here. We will be driving to Seattle or Oregon to purchase an Audi even though this lot is 20 minutes from our house.
