Every car I have owned in my life was an Audi. Over 20 years of experience with repair shops and dealers. This was the worst experience I have ever had. Simply put almost 6 months and almost $3000 dollars later my car is in worse condition than when I dropped it off. For a simple braking issue... I had another service shop pick up my car and fix the issue within two weeks. Do not let this service department touch your car if you care about it.
