I rarely go to the Audi dealership in San Juan (which in itself is saying something about their cars) but when I do I'm always delighted with the way I'm treated. From the receptionist, to the salesmen to the service technicians, they all make you feel so welcome. My most recent visit was for the first scheduled maintenance to my Q7. I called to make an appointment and I was given one the very next day. When I dropped off my vehicle, an Audi service specialist was already waiting for me to receive it. I was then given a ride back to my house 20 minutes away, and 2 hours later once my car was ready, that same Audi employee picked me up at my house to take me back to the delearship. They took the hassle out of the whole process. Great place, great people, great cars.
