Wouldn't recommend
They charge labor 2.5 times parts just for oil change. Had to pay about $800 just for fucking labor.

Great communication!
I worked with Givanni and he was very helpful and consistent with his communication. He tried his best to go above and beyond the expectation of getting my car serviced, trying to help support me in having my car delivered while on vacation. Although it did not happen, it was the thought behind the gesture.

2018 tundra
We were looking for a newer tundra, got our finances all done and went shopping for it. I messaged about a blue tundra i seen online at your lot. Michael responded quickly with all my inquiries, carfax, maintenance records, everything I asked for. It was literally his incredible customer service that brought us from 2 plus hours away to look at this tundra. We had driven a few of them, even had one my girlfriend really liked in Mount Vernon, but I was concerned with what appeared to be low oil pressure on the gauge, when Michael checked back with me, he then provided a video of the cold start oil pressure from the truck we ended up buying from you guys. Initially when we made the trip to Auburn I'd already made my mind up to let a manager know about his great customer service whether we bought the truck or not, well we ended up buying the truck. I appreciated his awareness to know that we were not going to do the "traditional car sales routine " we got right down to business and reached a agreement. I will say I'm not a Volkswagen guy so I probably wouldn't be buying from you guys again, but I did enjoy doing business with Michael.

Diagnosed EPC issue
Bailey, the service advisor, was very helpful. They were out of loaner cars, but he arranged for the shuttle driver to get me home and back.

Problem was wiring harness, which set off EPC warnings and then limited vehicle to 2500 rpm’s. They replaced it. Seems to be working fine now.

Giovanni in service was the only reason I had a good service experience. Since auburn vw change to bud clary I've been extremely dissatisfied with bringing car into your location

Good work but could be more welcoming.
30,000 mile service is very expensive! Geovani was kind and patient to walk me through everything. No one else even bothered to greet me when I arrived. Really HATE that I can't use my credit card without big extra charge. Facility is excellent for a 3 hr wait. My 6th vw so I will likely back.
