I purchased a used vehicle through this dealership. Allegedly it went through a stringent multipoint inspection. Wrong… this vehicle came with an open recall where the doors could fly open. (Pictures attached) Because who wouldn’t want that as they’re traveling down the road 60 + MPH with their family. When informed of the recall the shrugged it off and said,” you can just take it in and the dealership will give you a loaner.” Not the case. So out of pocket expense there. When provided the carfax they quickly took back all documents and “maintenance” records for the vehicle. Recently performed routine maintenance which they said they did, found a torn air filter and a dirty cabin air filter (pictures attached). The left rear caliper was dragging/ smoking as well which causes premature brake wear and other issues. So the caliper needs to be replaced. A first year mechanic could have seen or felt the issue. I found mold in the panoramic roof (pictures attached) After all these issues were brought to the manager’s attention, they just wanted to cover the mold cleaning. Never mind they just screwed over a disabled veteran on a vehicle, who will have to spend out the teeth to bring it up to operational standards. The dealership doesn’t care about the military community or veterans and will sell garbage to make a quick Buck.
