Miss diagnosing and gaslighting
I took my vehicle in it was misdiagnosed. I was told the alternator needed to be replaced, and if that didn’t work, we would go from there, Jim, the male receptionist at front and the first conversation was rude and gaslight me. Try to force unneeded repairs. Got a text message from Jim this morning. I asked him a question no reply I called and Jim answers, rude as usual. They will not give me a refund on my diagnosis even though they did no repairs and misdiagnosed it Jim hung up the phone on me. I called back tried to leave a message for a supervisor to contact me, and he picked up the phone and hung it up again. Refusing to let me speak to anybody. The audacity levels at this place are through the roof rude, unprofessional lack of bedside manner or lack of any manners. Thank you for wasting my time. I will be sure to spread the word of this ridiculous incompetence.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!
I WOULD SUGGEST FOR ANYONE TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! The only good things I can say is they provided a loaner vehicle while they had mine and they were fast (only taking about 3 days to replace engine). That is where the good stops. After checking around, they charged $2000 to $3000 more than other shops would have. Then within a few weeks I realized they over filled the oil, it had a bad oil leak, and the work was very poorly done. After taking it back to repair the leak (which was caused by a part they replaced). I was charged more money to fix it when it should have been covered by a warranty. So for any future work I need done, I will be finding somewhere else to go.

I went to have them check my car out. The outcome was pretty serious, and they gave me a car to drive because mine was not safe to drive!
No one has ever done this for me! I felt they were honest, and very nice!
I will always take my car here in the future!

Saved my bacon
Allen got my Mercedes-Benz back on the road and running great—a day after the M-B dealer said they couldn’t do anything. Very knowledgeable and explained my situation so even a dummy like me could get it. Thanks loads Allen.

Car Heater
I wasn't getting enough heat and I dropped my car off at Athens Auto Logic for them to checkout the problem. They were going to flush the heater coil to remove any build up to see there was any improvements. Athens Auto Logic got my heater working and now I got hot air to warm the car.

This company is HONEST..a rare thing these days.
I've dealt with Athens Auto Logic 3 times. The honesty extends to the employees, not just the owner. What company tells you "We should test that first before you spend $700.00 to be sure that's the problem." You will need to be patient because they have a lot of loyal customers. The wait is worth every minute. The Owner patiently explains the problem clearly. If I could rate this company with 10 stars, I would.

Honesty, integrity and won’t cut corners
AutoLogic has been a blessing to work with. They’re honest and they care about giving their customers good service. They also won’t cut corners and do the job thoroughly. They’ve gone above and beyond in inspecting a second car I was considering purchasing.

Very knowledgeable and always respectful and helpful
They always do a good job weather it’s just changing oil or some major repair. They always confirm with me if they hit a roadblock and could be extra money cost involved,(that has happened at other mechanics to me). Over-all I would say the best shop around for most vehicle repair needs, they have helped me out a lot with all my vehicles in keeping them running and running right, without charging me an arm and leg!
