A grateful & forever loyal customer
Not only is Associated a family-run business, but they make you feel like family. Their advice is informative but not pushy. They're knowledgeable and honest. And deliver when they say they will...or call to let you know why not.
Already a customer for several years, I had gone in to buy 4 new tires. I was not prepared when my 14-year old Cockapoo, newly diagnosed as diabetic, went hypoglycemic. Not only did they crack open a new, treasured jar of honey gifted by a beekeeping friend who had passed a few months earlier (so I could put a little in his mouth), but they also generously shared a bit of their dog's food so my little guy could ingest some protein. Thankfully, he stabilized fairly quickly, and I'm grateful for their kindness and immediate willingness to help.
