Since Buzzuto Management has taken over, we definitely see great changes being made in this place. The previous management did not communicate anything to the tenants or seemed to care about safety, security or upkeep of the property. Since Buzzuto took over several months ago, they've freshly painted the place, taken care of many maintenance areas, seeking to restore the security gates and have added patrols in the garage.
