Mr. Bartholomew - thank you for your review, however, I take exception to your accounting of events. We don't normally respons publicly this way, but as you have left your behavior out of this review, I want to shed some light on why you received the reaction you did. First and foremost, you declined any testing or additional diagnosis of the multitude of issues with your vehicle, as is your right. You then insisted on talking to a technician, John, that gets paid to repair vehicles, and asking him to look at various things you already declined to pay for. Then, your behavior with our female employee - asking her how old she is, calling her age "beautiful" and then removing your shirt to show her a tattoo she had no interest in seeing is comtemptible. We have no interest in your future business and are pleased with your vow not to return.
Thank you for the review. As Managing Partner of this location, it falls on me to ensure our guests receive gracious care and attention. However, your behavior in our location was completely reprehensible. You asked a female that works here her age, and called it "beautiful" when she responded. Further, you provided personal details of your divorce and removed your shirt to show her a tattoo that she had no interest in seeing. For the service you received, we did exactly as you asked, and aligned the vehicle. There were multiple concerns you had that required further testing and diagnosing which you declined and described as a "rip off". You continued to ask our technician to look at things under your hood, which he did. For free. To leave a slanderous review like this while leaving out the most important details of your actions, allows us to accept your vow to never return here.
