All of the items listed we take very seriously here at Aspen that is why I attempted to contact you to discuss your experience in more depth to see why you had such a negative experience with us. Unfortunately the lack of dialogue / details leave me knowing very little.
I can assure you here at Aspen we do have a contracted snow removal company that does their best to stay on the clearing of our walkways, entries and parking lot. The way vehicles get parked in our front spaces can limit the amount of clearing that occurs but we are constantly putting down ice melt and working with mother nature to keep things as clear as possible. If at anytime you do not feel comfortable entering or exiting a vehicle on the conditions, feel free to notify any of our staff and we will be happy to make accommodations in a more comfortable location for you.
In review of your work order we serviced your Hyundai with 4.76 qts of NEW 5w20 synthetic blend oil. We do not reuse or recycle oil at our facility in any fashion. Old oil is placed in a holding tank that is drained every week through a waste oil management company. Any oil that we put into a vehicle is new production from our vendor Colorado Petroleum.
I also show you requested the tires be rotated which was performed. In this process the wheels on the rear were moved to the front and the wheels on the front were moved to the back. Once this was completed we hand torqued the wheels to 80 ft lbs. We did not balance the tires requiring wheel weight removal / installation that would perhaps leave more of a trace like you were hoping. The balance is an additional service that is not included in the prepaid service you have.
I can assure you the services outlined on your invoicing were performed and if at anytime you would like a tour or exposure to our facility to see our practices I welcome the opportunity to show you. We are an honest, upfront auto service provider and we have nothing to hide.
