Inability
Called 3 days before dropping off my car for a repair. Dropped off my car at 8 am, didn't hear back from them. Called at 1 to check the status and my car hadn't been looked at yet, was told they would call me back. Called back at 5 (since they close at 6) and they were just taking it for a test drive to experience the problem. I never received a call back, so I shower up at 6 to pick up my car. They weren't able to find the problem after 2 test drives. Within 5 minutes of leaving the problem still existed.
The only thing that was good was that they didn't charge me. However I was greatly inconvenienced by not having my car for an entire day.
