Thank you for taking some time to provide us feedback. We also thank you for giving us a try with our low priced oil change and free brake inspection.
Looking at the detail of your concern and the result from the technician I can see where there may be some differences between us and "the other place". At Aspen we have a large; 3 year, 36000 mile warranty on parts AND labor. We condemned the rotors on your vehicle due to the pulsation / warp that was identified. To sustain this large warranty we recommended the replacement of the rotors and an Original Equipment Formula brake pad. These parts do fetch a higher price but like most things; you get what you pay for.
I am glad to hear you were able to get the work done at a facility you were comfortable with. In this industry there are different standard that certain companies operate under. We have found the standards we have at Aspen serve our customers well for a longer period of time. If we failed to convey that I apologize but hope this sheds some light on why we do / charge what we do.
