I had my oil changed and when I picked up my vehicle the passenger window was down about 6 inches, which doesn't work and my husband couldn't get the window up, so I had to drive it all the way back to the shop to have someone get the window up for me. He had no trouble, but knowing that the window wouldn't go back up again and not fixing it was a disappointment. They said they do a complete inspection of the car and that was the reason the window was down, but the air conditioner doesn't work and that wasn't on their list of things that needed fixing.
