Shop labor rate is always a topic for discussion in our industry. At Aspen Auto Clinic we have different rates for different types of jobs.
For example : Oil changes have a significantly reduced rate in labor so that we can provide a low cost opportunity for the public to experience our service without having a large investment. We enjoy a chance to show our customers the things we hold high; world class customer service, highly experienced technicans working our your vehicle, quality parts to carry a strong warranty, etc.
On the other hand there are complex jobs that fetch a higher rate to ensure the education and technican training is there from the individual performing the service.
When considering these things and know the standards we have at Aspen, we have found our labor rate to average less than the dealership but provide a longer warranty. We strive to be your dealership alternative provding a 36 month, 36,000 mile parts and labor warranty.
