Thank you for the feedback and input regarding your service. I know you have
been having us service your vehicle(s) for some time now and the "speed of
service" has been an issue of the past. I'm pleased to see that is the
minor issue in your write up this time (still an issue though).
It is clear however we have a long way to go to create a
positive experience for you. Oil change stickers and resetting oil lights are
fundamental to your visit and I am sorry to see this not being done for you.
Also we are a full service repair facility so brake work, tire work, mileage
services, etc are within our abilities. Not providing you an estimate is
completely unacceptable and I do not blame you for going elsewhere.
