Online reservation didn't work

Online appointment registration didn't work. Labor charge for seemed somewhat high, might consider using again if I can get a discount/coupon for labor cost.

Jeffery, Thank you for the information in your review. I apologize for the online appointment fault and do know we are aware of the issue and actively working to correct it. Even though some maneuvering was needed I am thankful we were able to get your vehicle in and done earlier than expected. Regarding the price; here at Aspen Auto Clinic we only have ASE certified technicians working on your vehicle. This is especially important regarding the type of vehicle you drive to avoid any uneducated mistakes or mishaps. We offer AAA and Military discounts for those members with ID. We also do have online coupons through our website. We would appreciate any continued service with you and if coupons are what you seek I would recommend our website to get the most current offers we have available. Again we appreciate the feedback so we can continue to improve our business and hope to see you again in the future. Sincerely, Matt
