Outstanding Customer Service!
From the time I unexpectedly arrived with an overheated engine, until picking up my carefully inspected car, I was treated like Princess Somebody. Every single person that made contact with me was polite, professional, knowledgeable, uber-accommodating, and efficient. They even shuttled me over to the Briargate shops so I could pick up a gift for an upcoming bridal shower. It turned out to be a lovely afternoon, despite a breakdown and loss of time which could have stressed me out completely. My car stayed overnight for more testing to be sure they caught the reason it was overheating, and when I got the final bill it was $33.00. I was shocked and overjoyed. No place else will ever come near my car for service and maintenance! You have a customer for life, and I am telling everyone who will listen to be your new customer as well. Thank you!!
