Only the Second Time Here, but...
This was only the second time I've been here, but I think it's safe to say this is my new auto shop. First time I was getting a second estimate on the bent axle the dealership wanted $1300 to replace. Aspen Auto checked it out and found nothing wrong w/ my axle. They could have lied and taken my for at least $1000. This last time I was having transmission problems, turns out I must have read the dipstick wrong and was down a quart of trans fluid. They could have lied on that one too. Trust is a big issue w/ me, I spent over $6000 in repairs at the dealership over the span of 7 years. Aside from being over priced, how much of that had to be repaired in the first place. Aspen auto is building my trust every time I go in. Great staff on top of everything, fast service too. Wish I had been going there the last 7 years.
