Unhappy this time!!!

I have been visiting this shop for a moment and was pretty satisfied with the service I was getting until my last visit. My remote start and alarm were working fine until your technician that worked on my car and screwed something up on it while working on my car. I called in and was told to return the car and it would be corrected. Well I took time out of my schedule and wasted gas coming back. I thought the issue was corrected until I got to work and my alarm kept going off for no reason every 15 mins. I called back to let someone at your shop know I was having issues still but chose to take it to the factory where it was installed. No one at your shop called to do a follow up to see if I had the issue with my remote start corrected since the issue didn’t start until I brought it into your shop. That’s disappointing to me.
