TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
This place is by far the worst auto shop i have ever delt with. The manager is a joke and they all try to get every dime out of you as possible. Its the most shady place i have ever delt with. Last Jan I spent over 1k to get my car fixed. First i spent around a grand to get my thermostat housing replaced( which the manager himself assured me would fix the problem) then i get a phone call saying my thermostat is bad(which was a lie cause i had replaced that myself the day before i took my car in) and now 5-6 months down the road my car is still overheating with the same problem and the manager himself wants to charge me 80$ right off the bat just to run tests. So basically i spent around 1100$ and the problem is still not fixed and they refused to hold their word after assuring me 2 or 3 times that they would fix it right the first time. The only thing that manager did was not charge me labor to replace the thermostat(big deal). I had to pay 30$ for a brand new thermostat and i had already bought a 10$ one the day before. I called corporate and they didnt seem to care much either. This place is horrible and that manager deserves to lose his job!

Andrew,

  We apologize that you did not have a great experience on your last visit to Aspen.  Our Customer Relations Manager tried to reach you on several occasions and was only able to leave voice messages for you that were not returned for several days.  

  Our records show that we recommended an additional block test be done on your vehicle to make sure there were no other issues that may be causing the problem in the 6 month since the repairs were made.  That additional testing was declined.  

   The one call that you did make to us that you mention in your review was not not our corporate office but instead to another store location.  Our company cares very much that our customers receive excellent service and we have a department that handles any such issues quickly.  However, when you finally did return our calls, you were unwilling to speak with us in a professional and business like manner. 

  Aspen Auto Clinic has a long time reputation of excellence in customer service and although we appreciate your feedback so we can make necessary improvements, we simply cannot work with rudenss to our staff and obscenities being used.

 If in the future you would like to discuss this matter professionally, we will be happy to look into the issue for you and honor any warranty.  Our warranty is for 3 years/36,000 miles on both parts and labor, however, the warranty is for the parts that we purchase and put into the vehicle by our technicians only.
