I scheduled an appointment to have my 2018 F150 automatic 10 speed transmission inspected as I felt it was not shifting as smoothly as it should. I spoke with Bryan to describe the issue and then followed up with Darren as the work progressed. Darren kept me posted (via txt msg) on what was found. The service was performed in a timely manner. I’ll definitely go back for future work!
