Professional, knowledgeable and honest, rare find!
Super happy with my experience. Brought my Nissan in a couple times for a mystery problem, as well as standard oil change and smog check. Always very transparent, explaining situation and options. Kind, respectful, very easy to talk to and always listens to my concerns and takes them into consideration when reviewing the issue. Honesty is so rare to come by these days and it's very stressful finding a new auto pro, I'm thankful to have found Art's and look forward to being a loyal customer.

I was very happy with my experience. This was my first time here, and I will be back with my other vehicle soon. I was hopeful for a positive experience and I found it. I came here based on reviews of others. I had my AC repaired and new brakes & rotors.

When a neighbor recommends him after 18 years, you know you've found a gem.
Arabo (whom I believe is the owner) is a very friendly guy. My elderly dad was referred to him by my dad's neighbor. My dad's neighbor has been using Art's Auto Care for the last eighteen years. Arabo not only took great care of my dad's car but drove him home so he didn't have to wait while his tires were being replaced and realigned. Taking such good care of my dad, plus such recommendations (not only personal, but those found all over the web) convinced me to put my future auto maintenance in his company's hands. Although I live in Van Nuys and it's a bit of a drive to his shop in Burbank, a good trustworthy mechanic is worth it!

Very professional and the best customer service
The best mechanic in LA. I took my Toyota Tundra because of a gas leak. They fixed the problem but after I drove it I head a rattling noise when going over a bump on the road. They asked me to bring it back. The owner drove it with me and asked me to leave for couple of hours. He oiled underneath and the noise disappeared. Though I asked they didn’t want to charge me.
