July 1 to Current, I took my car in 2pm for an intermittent start issue. KEVIN is the Manager l dealt with! He quoted me $350 on 7/2 and by 7/3 he QUOTED ME $2K! (The additional $1.5K had nothing to do with my original concern “INTERMITTENT START”! He’s a SCAMMER & CROOK! KEVIN, had no idea l would be bringing my BROTHER with me to pick up my car! There was no licensed mechanic on duty either! Ordered parts morning of 7/3 and 3pm he calls me to come pick my car up says it’s “READY TO GO”! Car wouldn’t even start when we got there. A guy there took my car for 15 mins and it started! BUT AGAIN “IT WILL & WILL NOT START” off/on!! Kevin even told me to go purchase a new battery (because l refuse to purchase $450 battery from him)! We left and immediately bought a NEW BATTERY! My Car still wouldn’t start! Found out my original battery tested at AutoZone CONFIRMED IT WAS GOOD! So I was out another $200. KEVIN the manager is a Scammer & Fraud! We are heading to the shop tomorrow Monday 7/6 to get MY MONEY BACK! There’s more to this ordeal but l will add it later! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED AND DISSATISFIED! Reporting this ordeal to EVERY AGENCY allowed!
