THEY HAVE YOU TO SEND THEM A TEXT PIC OF THE DENT YOU NEED FIXED. 1ST RESPONSE BACK FROM FROM THEM WAS, "THE DENT IS BEYOND THEIR ABILITIES" ??? WHEN I ASKED, "HUH" WHAT DO YOU MEAN ? ACCORDING TO THEIR WEBSITES, AND YOUTUBE VIDEOS, IT'S WHAT THEY DO, MY DENT LOOKS EXACTLY LIKE THEIR ADVERTISEMENTS ??? NEXT RESPONSE, AFTER I QUESTIONED THAT, HE SAYS THEY'RE TOO BUSY, FOR THE NEXT 2 MONTHS !! THERE IS SOMETHING GRIMY AND SLIMY ABOUT THIS OPERATION. CERTAINLY NOT A WAY TO DO BUSINESS, WITH NEW CUSTOMERS. WHICH IS IT ? TOO BUSY, OR THIS DENT REPAIR COMPANY, DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO FIX DENTS ??? JUST AS WELL, YOU'VE BEEN WARNED... I WON'T BE USING THESE PEOPLE, AND I SUGGEST YOU DON'T EITHER.
