Trustworthy shop
We recently had two vehicles repaired at Arns and I didn’t question what needed to be repaired at this shop. I know Casey is an honest person and we trust his judgment. Our vehicles were repaired within a good amount of time and we will be brining our vehicles here for the foreseeable future.

I came in for an oil change, tire rotation and for a brake noise...assuming I'd need replacement. Casey called me a little while later and let me know that the brakes were good...just a little rust ridge. No worries. However, he did mention that when driving it around, it seemed like the transmission was acting up. Now, Arn's does transmissions and he could have easily not mentioned this or tried to upsell the $5000 transmission replacement. He did neither. He actually suggested, given the age and mileage of our van, it would be in our best interests to probably look at something different. This is why we keep our business with Arn's, even though we live in Freeport (IL)!!

They checked all fluids,belts, hoses, tires, tire sensors,oil & filter change,lubed the chassis. Very efficient.
