Karlene said she had made an appointment at this business but when she got to them, they did not have the appointment scheduled in. They were able to still fix her vehicle. Another issue she experienced was that her service was a couple of hours double than the amount of time she was promised. Despite that, she really liked Bobby and the way he takes care of things. He was very nice to deal with.
