Had alignment done.Brand new rack and outer ty rods.they ripped the rubber boots on both parts.Then told it was like that.Get f out of his shop.him and employee said they would kick butt.I know it was all good when they got it he was the only one to touch it.Impossible to just rip on its own.Did alignment and twisted boot never adjusted boot back straight.As 4 ty rod hammered it out tore that brand new boot.he said it came in like that .Any mechanic would offer to fix it if it was bad.So he is a bold face liar.Don't get fleeced by these jerks.
