An elder friend of mine purchased and had mounted tires from these people. The tires leaked. When brought back to the shop to discover why, a valve was replaced upon one of the tires. My friend was charged a $25 fee. When inquiring as to the fee, the attendant became annoyed and angry, at one point calling my friend "a son of a bitch". This is not appropriate behavior from any customer service oriented business. In fact, it is atrocious behavior. I will be committing myself to relaying this business' inexcusable behavior to my surrounding community.
