Honest and Quality Work!
I always take my car to Archibald but decided to get a quick oil change at a local detail shop that went terribly wrong. Since I was close to Mercedes Benz of Escondido I had my car towed for repairs since the local detail shop agreed to right their wrong. The next day after repairs were made to my oil cap and oil cleaned of the belts and electronic sensors, I was informed by Mercedes Benz on Escondido that my E350 would require over $7500 in repairs to my engine, they provided a list of repairs and said my car should not be driving well and that my engine light should be on. My car ran fine and no engine light so I took the paperwork from Mercedes Benz of Escondido to John at Archibald Tire. He ran a diagnostic test that showed no fault codes and that my spark plug coil was loose - the repairs stated by MB of Escondido were incorrect and did not require 35 hours of work on my engine! Just saying, you would have thought MB of Escondido would have been thorough or were they?
