Not happy with the surprise charge
Had both front tires and a "new" (used rim) replaced. Total was $872 with a credit card surcharge that put it over $900. When I asked for a breakdown of the charges I was told "two new tires ($227 total) + a used rim + test drive. What I did not realize until I got home and read the receipt, was that I was charged $142 for a total vehicle inspection that was not relevant to the reason I brought it in was not requested and was not disclosed when I asked for a description of the charges. Very unimpressed.

I looked back at my notes and from what I see the appointment referenced was originally scheduled for a diagnostic, as there was a current vibration issue. If the information I have is incorrect please reach out. We will be happy to make this right!
