Kia was running rough

I took my Kia to Apex auto repair for a fix from a miss in the engine and Shaun took it in and took care of the problem and did advise me of a couple other problems for the Kia dealer to check out it was one of those dealer only fixes .I don't really care to take my car to the dealer's but in this case I had no choice but any way I prefer taking my car to someone that I trust and Apex is my go to each time=Shaun and his crew know just what to do and I trust them with my car=Thankyou Apex for being there.

Shawn is Awesome

I moved to the area in hopes of finding an old fashioned mechanic that covers all areas of what I am use to, expertise in ALL areas of working with caring , polite, expertise, thoroughly checking car out while working on the problem. Great in prices. He has worked on my daughter’s car a few times and my car 3 times. I stand behind Shawn’s decisions and his quality work 101%!! Take my advice, I am extremely picky person in ALL AREAS!!! Shawn at Apex auto service has me for a consistent returning customer that is very pleased!!

Fast and Reliable service, Very pleasant customer service experience.

Took great care in doing maintenance and brake sensor and harness repair on my relatively new car. Maintenance and repairs were way more affordable than all the dealer's. Whole process took less than an hour. All of the technicians were really honest and pleasant to interact with. Very confident to use Apex as my full time mechanic and comfortable to recommend to all less than mechanic-literate friends and family.

I had another great visit to the Apex Auto

I had another great visit with the Apex Auto Service team (Shaun and Mike) on Waterloo road. I needed assistance with a tire going flat on my Kia and needed to get to a doctor visit but the tire was going flat, but Shaun and Mike took care of it and I was on my way in minutes. They are a great team and I always get very good service from them. Give them a try you won't be disappointed =Friendly service with great prices and a nice atmosphere to be around

Positive review each time I have been there great people and service=Its nice to deal with an honest place where I can feel comfortable to use and brag about. I can usually judge people pretty well and my impression of the group is very well good feelings and their service is great.

It was a quick repair and I felt confident with having him look at my car. very honest, very understanding, and detailed. Great Job.

I had few problems on my front end and they made sure I was informed on why and what the future holds for my car and I felt that they were honest and now my car is back to square 1

Best all around. Honest, capable, affordable.

This place is truly amazing. Their prices can't be beat. They did my necessary repairs for less than half of what the Ford garage wanted. Excellent workmanship on all repairs. Honest, very good mechanis, and their prices were unbeatable for my experience. I would highly recommend this place for all your major engine repair. There type of quality is a rare find these day. I truly appreciate them.. see ya again soon guys with my other vehicle.

WILL USE FOR ALL FUTURE REPAIRS

I took my Pontiac G6 GT here for a power steering pump replacement. I really like the fact I was able to drop my car off before work and meet back up there after work. Shawn called me and kept me updated about my car's repairs and needed future repairs so I can keep an eye on it. He gave me an estimated payment amount total. I really appreciated that because with my anxiety I wasn't thinking I was going to spending more money than I planned on spending. When I showed up to pay for my car, it was actually cheaper than I was told so that made me even happier. I will be bringing my car back here for all my future repairs!!
