After reviewing the camera footage we can see the sunroof was left open when you droped off the vehicle. We never adjust sunroofs unless we see one left open and it starts to rain. Unfortunatly, we did not notice you left yours open until it was too late. I will be happy to provide you with a copy of the video footage proving this. Either way you have a wet car, and I got a bad review. I am so sorry. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to help.
