Govenor was not allowing the vehicle to accelerate and was restricting power from the engine. Governor was probably installed on an old Pensky or U-haul rental vehicle. Personnel at Andale Auto Services, Inc were able create a work around. Van accelerates as expected causing speed is your choice now and when the accelerator is pushed down you hear the engine roar and feel the full power of the engine "kick in".
