The tech was great but I strongly resent your putting your licesne plate frame on my car! It's insulting to me that you'd take advantage of me for free advertising. And I hated being charged to have my wiper blades installed. They do it for free at PepBoys.

Please accept our apology for not explaining our policy of extending a 'Loyal Customer" discount for future work when we put a license cover on your vehicle. If you would like to stop back in, we would be happy to remove our license cover.

As our technicians are paid hourly, we must account for the time they spend working on your vehicle. At Pep Boys, the person who installs your wiper blades is a sales person without technicial training.
