Years, while attending the same church.
He has always been honest and fair. We have been trusting him with our vehicles since he opened his first garage.
In the past few weeks, we have paid upward of $4500 for work on 2 vehicles.
Our car was to be ready today, my husband texted this morning to see how it was progressing and told that it would be ready by end of day (6pm).
We heard no updates. So we called back to inquire if we should
Be coming to pick up the vehicle around 4:30pm.
He said his alignment machine was down and the car was sent out for alignment.
We went to pick up the car at 6:10, paid in full and we were told we could wait there or drive e to another garage where the alignment was done.
We said no problem and saved him the trip of having to go get the car and bring it to us.
The car was COVERED in bird droppings.
Beside this... upon reviewing the bill, we noticed a few discrepancies.
1) we had our rack and pinion replaced and it said in writing... DEDUCT .4 if also doing an alignment. There was no reflection of that on the invoice.
2) we were charged $115 labor (no parts) to adjust a parking brake that Rob had replaced the last time we brought the car in. We asked and he said that's how long it took the guy bc he had to pull the rotors.
3) we were charged $16 for fluids which we invoiced at $14.29
We called to inquire about these items and basically the 'deduct .4' is what the labor manual states, but he forgot to remove that statement from the invoice.
He called and left a rather 'curt' message stating that he forgot that he DID deduct an hour labor.. although there is no reflection of it on the bill.
Let me say... he goes to a church which has instructed people not to speak to us.

I believed Rob would be fair and honest,
Clearly,his loyalty lies elsewhere. Not with the customer.
