Took my truck there for a transmission Rebuild.was greeted by friendly staff, they also seemed confident in what they were doing.what I was looking for.. told them no rush. They fixed me right up. Well 2 week later, transmission goes completely out. Stuck on the side of the road. On the way to work.. no problem call them.. 30 minutes later tow truck came.. so back to the shop. They apologized.and got to work on it. Turns out. Mechanical failure I didn't write a review on the first time cause I wanted to give a while. I'm giving 5 stars. Cause they honerd Thier warranty and word . I would recommend Mike and Felicia. At American transmission
