I have always hated going into mechanics or auto shops because I don’t know much about cars . As a college student I got swindled by a car dealership in Oshkosh on things they claimed I needed done and charged me for, but then never actually replaced .
My father had to go back into the dealership with me to get the repair bill corrected and money returned . It was a terribly humiliating experience, because I was treated with so much disdain and my father was treated with so much respect .
However , in my experiences with American Car Care, I have seen ALL customers treated with respect regardless of their knowledge concerning cars . I don’t feel apprehensive about taking my car in there for repairs as I am not “ talked down to” or treated as if I am an idiot . I am always treated with courtesy and I am given options, if available, for needed repairs. I would highly recommend their services .
