Thanks.
My mother is retired and does NOT want to get a new car. However, she has a car with 203K miles on it. It's a Lexus though. It's in decent shape. The starter failed and Alpine fixed it and also provided some recommendations of what else needed repaired/replaced. My mother drove her care home back to Tulsa and told me that it rode like new.

Awesome Service!
I recently purchased a 2008 BMW Z4 Roadster with no service history. I knew it had an oil leak and Alpine was recommended by another Z4 owner. When I contacted Mike (at Alpine), he told me he would have the car completely examined and provide me with a list of things that needed done, things that should be done, and things that could be done, but didn't have to be done right away. After reviewing the list, I authorized all repairs, and even though it was going to take a while to complete the repairs, Mike kept me informed on the status of my car. A very pleasant experience that was cheaper than taking the car to a BMW dealer!

Review of work completed
Alpine Motorsport did an outstanding job repairing and replacing needed parts for our vehicle. They kept us informed and the work was completed in a timely fashion. We would strongly recommend them and will definitely use them again, should the need arise.

Poor service .....
I trusted Alpine to help me with my Jaguar with a cable for my hood and door .....Mike made me pay 1200 dollars in advance for a new battery and cables for the hood and drivers door .....they replaced my cable for the hood latch but didn't replace the cable for the drivers door .....when I called Mike he acted like he didn't know anything about the drivers door .....he had my car and obviously knew the drivers door cable wouldn't work and didn't fix it .....when I called him about the door , he told me to go somewhere else and HUNG UP ON Me

I did hang up on the customer

Again IF you are going to have trouble with somone it is a first time customer...

Found an unscheduled 2000 Jaguar XJ8 ( as a rule of thumb I do not service anything older than 20 years ) in the parking lot one morning.

Customer calls the next day, clearly distraught, redundantly repeating their issues with the last shop the vehicle was at. I decide to let it in since it is already here…

Worked vehicle in-between existing repairs, diagnosed and printed estimates for customer since they didn’t use email (except for leaving reviews evidently). 

Customer came to shop and I explained everything we found and only recommended the battery and hood release for now to help with cost.

Customer and I both clearly did not remember the door repair at this point.

Finished repairs and customer picked up vehicle approximately a week later (at shop 15 days total)

I literally forgot to diagnose the driver door, I own it…and I am sorry I did not diagnose the door

Customer calls 10 days after picking up vehicle and demands I repair the driver front door at no cost.

I said no politely

Customer repeated multiple times that for the cost of the repair I should fix the door at no cost since I did not diagnose it while it was at the shop.

I said no

I agreed that I forgot and apologized, but customer continued to demand what he wanted.

I told them I would treat the vehicle like it never left, disassemble the door and charge for the parts and labor necessary.

Customer still clearly distraught and emotionally unstable demanded the cost of the repair which I couldn’t until I was able to disassemble the door first.

After several more minutes of this I explained to the customer that he needed to find someone else who could meet his expectations.

They have medicine and counseling for this kind of behavior, just not here…

And I hung up…

Great Service Experience!!!!
Mike and the Alpine staff went above and beyond assisting me with an expensive repair on an older model BMW. Couldn't find a salvaged/used part as I didn't want to spend the $$$ to buy a brand new part but Mike found an outfit in California that rebuilt BMW parts and he sent our part to California, got it rebuilt, back, installed and we are fixed!!!! Estimate ~$3000 in savings!!! Alpine is the best and I highly recommend their services.

Knowing my trucks gonna get fixed properly is always a benefit
Always explains the steps that he takes to determine what needs to be done with your vehicle constantly give you updates as to the progress I’ve never felt better about having my truck worked on and I own several know the works done and I get charged for what is done

Got the truck in gave full list of detail explanation as the issues of the vehicle and the importance of repair so I can make an informed decision as to which ones were most important to do resolve the issues and have the truck back next day most professional shop I’ve been in

Good Insight on Alfa Stelvio
Difficult to find anyone to work on Alfa’s in OKC area. I learned more about my Alfa than ever before, helpful to have someone locally that understands this brand. Plan to use Alpine going forward.

Keeping our Honda running strong
Alpine has been my go to shop since they were on Lindsey street. Mike and the guys are professional, efficient, and friendly. I don’t think I could take my vehicles to any others hop and feel th confidence that the job was done right!
