I paid and expected to receive an oil change for my car on Oct 17, 2020 to my 2017 Hyundai Elantra. However this did not happen. The cap was not tightened on my car by the incompetent “mechanics” that are employed there. This caused all of the oil to leak out onto the ground and under my car hood, resulting in my engine being shot. In the middle of me driving my car stopped in the middle of the highway. My car was making a very loud and annoying noise. This was confirmed by Jiffy Lube. Where I had to pay for another oil change due to the oil leaking out and my car completely stopping. The following Monday, this was confirmed by Almost Auto Service that there was an error on their end and they put a rebuilt engine in my car. This still did not solve the issue, today Feb 2, 2022 my check engine light is still on, and my car is still shaking.
When i brought my car it was brand new with ZERO miles on it. Also, the owner Sonny won’t even look me in the eyes when speaking to me, because he knows this was an error on his end. Do not let these people under your hood, they can not be trusted. Definitely considering legal action upon this company.
No more games and I’m done being nice.
And I will absolutely not remove my review until you fix my engine CORRECTLY, or reimburse me for the engine you screwed up originally.
