I took my car in for a “free” quote to diagnose a leak. He called to say he fixed it for $200. I was puzzled because I didn’t get my free quote. But was ok because someone else quoted much more. However I had to go back 2 more times because it wasn’t fixed. Owner was kind and did say he would make right because I said I paid for a “fix” not a “bandaid” and he agreed. He ended up having to change oil pan gasket (no charge to me). It does still have a little leak but I haven’t let him know. He really did at least make it better (Bandaid for $200)
Daughters car broke down and Allstar was recommended by the tow company. Joe and his team at Allstar we responsive, considerate, kept us informed and a joy to work. I can say refreshing to still find people like this Today. I plan to make a trip from Eastern Wa. Soon and will go introduce myself personally and meet face to face. Great place and very Thankful

Frank said he had this business repair his transmission and on his way home one night, his transmission failed. He took it to them and they claimed they had fixed it but it ended up breaking down 3 more times and getting 3 separate repairs on his transmission, and he was getting charged almost $1000 for it. He will never recommend this business to any of his friends or family and plans on reporting them due to the fact that the negligence on the business's side put him in a life-threatening situations, such as his vehicle breaking down in the middle of the freeway.
John said the business did not honor the warranty of the transmission that they installed on his vehicle. He stated that he is hoping the business will rectify this occurrence.
It’s my first time in this auto repair shop. It went by fast and smooth. Joe and the workers are very nice and pleasant. I’m very satisfied with the service. Very honest to customers. Thank you, Joe and to the mechanic who fixed my car.
