Took/towed my car without me knowing or being there!

I would receive updates.
AAA called to tell me that it would be another hour, that they had 2 service calls b4 me.
I walked 10 yards to the grocery store. I actually had the phone in my bra, so I wouldn't miss the call.
I went out to my car and it was gone. I called AAA & they said that that violated their policy.
Because of this, I missed my ride home. I had $60 worth of groceries, most needing refrigeration.
So the Uber cost.$13 & the groceries that didn't survive cost $35 so, $48 was.lost because the driver didn't call me.

Terrible customer service and didn't fix issue
Mechanic told me to pick up my F***ing car after I asked how much longer it will take. After my car being in his shop for 2 weeks. The main issue he told me he couldn't fix when I came to get the car. I never recipe a call telling me he didn't have the needed experience to solve the problem. Only after 2 weeks and me calling myself to check up on the situation I was informed I would have to go to another shop

AAA towing service
I hit a curb with my Toyota and the AAA driver, Luke, from All Cape Towing arrived in 5 minutes. He was respectful, kind and very efficient getting my car on his truck. He even drove me home even though it was within walking distance!! Thank you Luke! You were wonderful! Highly recommend this company!!!!

Excellent locally owned company
I cannot recommend this company enough. I always bring my vehicles to them for inspection stickers so when the RV I was driving broke down I immediately called All Cape Towing. They arrived promptly and worked efficiently to tow the rv to their yard. Within a few hours they had found the problem and formulated a plan of attack with a quote. They were able to repair the engine and also repaired some other small issues at my request at a much more reasonable price than other service providers in my area. I will not hesitate to use this company in the future.

Stay Away from this Company
This company arrived after I called AAA to change a flat. They caused damage to my vehicle when changing the flat and they are now refusing to pay for the damages. So frustrating when I have pictures of it and I brought it to the dealer. I would never recommend this company. They are not honorable

Worst experience with a towing company ever.
Picked my car up through AAA . Company said they brought it to my mechanic. The mechanic calls me n says he never got my car. The company said I gave them permission to bring it late. I did no such thing as AAA had it time stamped as delivered by 1230pm.
They refused to release MY car to a second company sent by AAA.
Now my car isn't fixed for an extra day. N it took me threatening police to get them to get the car to my mechanic within an hour.
Don't deserve the AAA contract. Would never recommend them to anyone.

Cliff said he had to wait an extra day to have his vehicle serviced at this business. They picked his vehicle up for him. The service was done in a timely fashion without any problems. They were quick and thorough with the diagnosis. Doug deserves accolades for his kindness.

Breath of fresh air !
Do you know that feeling you get when you realize your problem is being handled by competent people? Remember what it's like to be greeted with a friendly smile when entering a business establishment? I could go on and on about service, courtesy, understanding, but ther isn't enough space, You'll get all the amenities of complete service here, except a "customer lounge" which is what is added to your bill elsewhere. You take your vehicle in for service, not a social experience like the dealerships.
