Care
People who need to have unplanned stops at the auto shop are not typically happy people. That was me. I was not happy that my very old car had problems and it was going to cost me money. I let that attitude get the better of me when I spoke with Amber and Scott. Despite my attitude, Amber provided great service and Scott was willing to work with me as best as he could. They didn’t extend the great service and work with me because I demanded it or asked for it, but because they genuinely care to help others. I will be visiting in the future and suggest others to check them out as well.
