Competent Service
I was having serious electrical problems with my vehicle that no one else seemed able to pin down. I finally know what was going on now. Appreciated the owner Nick, fitting me into his tight work schedule. When my car was ready, it was delivered to my door as a free courtesy on the shop's part. I would go back there again for other kinds of needed work in the future.

Pleasant service

Received great service!
Roadtrip Safety check season for us! Did brakes, oil and tire rotation. Reasonably priced. And great service:)

Oil Change
I was able to wait while my car was getting an oil change. It only took a half hour, and I got a detailed receipt when I paid a very reasonable amount. This place is my new dealership!

Flat tire
Had flat tire (run flat) while in the city and called to schedule a replacement. Within 24 hours Nick was actually able to patch the flat and save me a complete tire replacement until closer to next winter.

BMW repairs
I came to see Nick after my BMW dealer found a coolant leak and a few other (non urgent) services totaling close to 7K. After doing his own diagnosis and inspection, Nick replaced my radiator hose ( the only urgent issue) and we set up a plan for the future possible service issues. Fast, Fair, Honest and Friendly service sums it up !

Very Helpful
Around 9;00pm on Thursday night my passenger side front axle shaft and wheel bearing hub assembly broke and the car would not move. It was in the middle of the street. Big probelm because I was going on vacation at 6:00am the next morning. We called AAA for a tow and Marcus arrived. He is an incredible gentleman and very helpful. I just wanted him to tow my car to my house to get it off the street. He told me about the shop and he would take care of everything. It made my vacation knowing my car would get repaired while I was away. Nick called the next day and told me what I needed and emailed me a quote. They took care of everything as promised and my car was waiting for me when I got back a week later. Nick and Marcus were so helpful. I highly recommend this shop and towing.

Sterling service
Needed a tow. They were unknown to me. I'm glad I decided to let them diagnosis the problem because they found something else.
Work done when promised. Returned to me that day. Unheard of service.
