Fantastic service
Mark is so easy to work with. He is clear, relational, and timely. My car was getting quite a bit of work done and he finished it very quickly, and even gave my car a free oil change. He also gave me a generous discount for credit card charges. cannot recommend Alexander Automotive enough!

Mark is a honest and knowledgeable mechanic. He was able to quickly find the cause of the burning oil smell from my car and fixed it at a reasonable cost. He let us make our own decision regarding the repair without any sales pressure. I highly recommend him.

Amazing service!
Alexander Automotive has done it again! I bought my first car a couple years ago from a dealership that was less than transparent about its problems, and so it has needed a decent amount of work. After hearing about this shop from my sister I brought the car in - and knew after that first visit that I’d found a trustworthy, honest, and fair mechanic. Mark has been wonderful - he does excellent quality work, does it in a timely manner, and is transparent about problems he has found and costs upfront. He has done work on my car ranging from routine oil changes to a new wheel bearing last spring and, most recently, CV axle replacement and fixing my exhaust hanger. Each time he has been friendly, straightforward about the problems and work needed, and incredibly patient with answering my questions which is rare and very nice as a first time car owner. Mark is just overall a great mechanic to work with and a friendly guy, and I cannot recommend his business enough.

Great Service
First time using Alexander Automotive and was a great experience. Previously I went to dealers for service and the last time I was told I had to do a number of high cost repairs. Skipped that and found Mark. I appreciate the honest assessment and thorough explanations of what was completed and found with my car. Turns out those repairs the dealer wanted me to do weren't necessary. So glad I found Alexander Automotive, will definitely be back.
