Job well done - replacement of water pump and tube
Water pump was failing and making lots of noise. We were losing a lot of fluid. The techs replaced it and the tube, and now our vehicle is much quieter. We are no longer losing fluid. One thing I noticed is when we open the front passenger door, it rubs against the front finder for a bit, making a rubbing / squeaking / grinding sound. It never did this prior to having the vehicle in the shop, and in fact, the door and finder did not touch each other before. I[m not saying they did anything to it, but it seems like maybe someone, while working on it, might have pressed his / her back against the part behind the wheel well in order to get leverage at some point, and therefore might have pressed part of the finder back against the front edge of the door. I'm just saying, I never observed this rubbing before, only after the visit. Other than this, I am very satisfied with them. I would still recommend them to others, as I was treated well, and the service was very good. Even had the use of a loaner car at no additional cost.
