Cliente VerificadoThe work performed required removing the dash down to the firewall. This was a difficult eight hour job. Many shops do not replace evaporator and heater cores. We do these repairs regularly because other shops refer their customers to us for this kind of work. The components surrounding the Air conditioning evaporator are completely concealed. Experts will tell you: the line going to the evaporator needing replaced is not one to be anticipated. This condition is rare and impossible to detect with out taking 4 hours to remove the dash. Please note, we gave you the option to not replace the hose keeping the estimate the same. We had concerns the line would leak and requested you allow us to repair the car correctly. We offered to increase the discount to help lower the cost of the hose. You optioned to take the discount and do the repair that would last. Please reconsider your evaluation, we gave you options and we took great pains to please you.
