Jason was very helpful in setting up my appointment and I was able to take my daughter's van in early Monday and Jason made it clear that, since they were busy, the van probably wouldn't be ready until Friday. That turned out to be true.
I live in Springfield, Ohio (Yes, that Springfield, Ohio and nobody is eating cats and dogs.) so I drove up Saturday morning and picked up the van.
After inspection, I found their work to be quality professional work at competitive prices. Also, they provided a shuttle service that got me back to my daughter's apartment after I dropped the van off to their shop. I'm happy.
