Excessively overpriced
The interactions with the staff were great, they were always friendly and helpful. I took my car there after an accident since it was close to me, AAA approved, and we've had good service for dead batteries in the past. But when they presented a $5000 bill for basically a car sitting in their lot (no repair work done), they lost all future business and recommendations. $185 a day to store a car outside (22 days), AAA covers $35 a day. Of course, they never mentioned anything about the excessive fee. Plus, all the other excessive fees that they tag on. I used to have respect for this business, and how they have grown, but they lost all that. AAA needs to drop this business. If you want to get gouged, this is the place for you.
