Last month our daughter's car failed north of Salem on the way back to school in Eugene. Thankfully the USAA tow truck brought the car to AJ's Repair Shop where we were able to arrange an evaluation and further diagnostic of the car to determine the repair value without being on their anticipated schedule. As we were triaging this all from Washington state, the folks at AJ's - Jake, Tony and Cheryl were super helpful in prioritizing what we needed done and stayed in consistent communication with us during the process.
