Very rude and unaccomodating service department

Experienced incredibly rude service from Tammy at kerrys airpack auto service. Im planning to purchase a vehicle that has been serviced at their facility 2 weeks ago, that has engine problems, and very respectfully called their to see if theyd be willing to tell me what they know about the car. I originally spoke to Ashton who was nice and said he would give me a call back, but unfortunately i recieved no call. 2 days later i call back and speak to another friendly gentleman who said they would call me back the same day. I never got a call back. A few more days go by and i decide to call in where Tammy had answered the phone. At this time ive been very persistent on understanding if they couldnt release any information on the car as it could be classified stuff with the previous owner (The car is at auction). Tammy proceeded to get VERY belligerent with me, telling me to quit calling them as ive been told they cant share information about the car (which is not true, i never got anything or a call back), was told the car is not for sale (which it is, its at auction right now), and was told never to call them again. Im leaving this review as i believe i was treated incredibly unfairly, all i am trying to do is get 60 seconds of information before i travel 2000 miles to buy a $40,000 car that may or may not run. If i was in the area, i would avoid getting any services from this business.
